Schedule without the spreadsheet.
Enter the permit the city gave you and the round robin fills only those hours, whether that’s one game a week or three. When it rains, games go to a make-up queue, and you pick the new slot from the time you still hold.

Games only go where you have a permit.
A permit is a location, the fields it covers, and the days and hours you hold. Hollis never schedules a game outside one. If a game has no slot, it’s held with the reason attached, so you find out before the parks department does.
Start the schedule before everyone’s in.
You don’t have to wait for every team or every permit. A placeholder side holds a team’s spot until a real team joins and takes it. A game without a permit for its day yet is held, with the reason attached.
Two games never share a field.
Hollis refuses two games on the same field at overlapping times, even when different people run the two leagues. One park, several leagues, one calendar.
One email covers an official’s whole Saturday.
Assign officials and crew to one game or several at once. Hollis works around their availability, so nobody lands on a day they’ve marked away. Each person gets one email with all their games and an Accept or Decline next to each. Three games is one message.
Rainouts get a queue, not a group chat.
Cancel a game and it moves to the make-up queue with its teams and division attached. Open the queue, see the slots you still hold, and place it.
Playoffs seed themselves.
Seeds come straight from the official standings. Need a tweak? Move a team up or down one seed until the playoffs start. Starting them locks the seeds.
