Players
Get teams ready to play.
Captains invite their players, and each invitation waits for a yes. Before every game, each rostered player gets a one-tap yes or no. If too few say yes, the captain calls the bench. You don’t have to step in.
Harbor Lights SC, nine players, Thursday 8pm at Riverside Park, five said yes so far.
Get the season built, not just started.
Copy last season or start from a template, set the fee, and publish. Players sign up, accept the waiver and pay in one go, so the roster fills while you’re at work. When a division is full, the next team goes on the waitlist.
Every invitation waits for a yes.
Captains invite anyone by email, including people already in your organization. A player joins the roster once they accept.
RSVPs that chase themselves.
Four days before each game, every rostered player gets a one-tap yes or no. Only the ones who haven’t answered hear from Hollis again. Captains know who’s coming and whether to call in subs.
Short a player? Call the bench.
When a game is short, the captain calls subs from the division’s bench in one tap. Everyone on the bench hears about it, and the first to accept get the spots.
Free agents find a team.
People who sign up without a team wait as free agents. Offer one a spot on a team that needs players, and they say yes or no.
Captains run their team, and only their team.
A captain manages their own roster and nothing wider. Another team’s roster is off-limits, whether they try on the web, through the API, or through an AI assistant.
Hollis was built by two league organizers who spent years up at midnight on admin. We wanted our nights back. Now you can have yours.
