League management software, built by league organizers
Run every league from one place, even if it's just you.
Hollis is league management software built by league organizers. Registration, scheduling, payments, and player support finally live in one tool, so a team of one or two can run many leagues without giving up their nights and weekends.
Free for your first 10 registrations, then from $19.99 a month.
Built from hundreds of hours of running real leagues.

You've already tried the tools. Here's why none of them stuck.
Registration in one form. Payments in Venmo. The schedule in a spreadsheet. Support spread across group chats and your inbox. Every season, you're the glue holding it all together. The all-in-ones do a bit of everything, but they weren't built around how organizers actually work. Hollis was. We ran leagues ourselves, and we built the tool we wished we'd had.
Copy last season or start from a template, set the fee, and publish. Players sign up, accept the waiver and pay in one go, so the roster fills while you’re at work. When a division is full, the next team goes on the waitlist.
Anything that needs you, from any league you run, lands in one list sorted by when it’s due. You catch the small fires before they spread, and you don’t need to hire help to keep up.
Games land inside your permit windows and around blackouts. Hollis refuses to put two games on one field at the same time, even across several leagues, so the whole club shares one calendar. You can build the schedule early, before every team has joined or every permit is in.
Stop matching Venmo screenshots to team names. Registration payments go straight into your own connected Stripe account. Hollis holds no funds and takes no cut of what players pay. Stripe’s fee is the only fee on those payments, passed on at cost.
Send announcements from your own domain and see right away who they reached. When players answer, the replies come back to you in Hollis as their own conversations, not scattered across your inbox and three group chats.
Add each location once, with its fields and notes like the gate code. Snap a photo of a permit or drop in the PDF, and the schedule uses only the hours you hold.
If you're running leagues with a tiny team, you know the admin never stops.
Hollis is the first tool I've used that actually gets it. It handles the support and setup that used to eat my weekends, and I've gotten my time back in a huge way.”

Work the way you want
Click it, ask for it, or code it.
A clean interface laid out around a real season, from the office, the field, or anywhere in between.
The screen you'd design yourself.
Everything is laid out the way a season actually runs: set up, register, schedule, play.
Your AI assistant can run it too.
Run Hollis from Claude, ChatGPT or Grok. Connect your assistant through MCP and just ask: "open fall registration," "reschedule the rainouts." Anything that moves money or deletes data waits for a person to approve it.
An open API for full control.
If you like to build, every capability in the app is in the API, so you can shape Hollis around your own workflows.

Built by people who've been in your shoes. We know what week one of registration feels like, so Hollis is built to get you there fast.
No one gets priced out. Your first 10 registrations are free. After that, plans start at $19.99 a month for up to 100 registrations. Every plan is the same product, and you only move up when your leagues grow.
No contract or setup fee. You don't need a demo call either. Open your organization when you're ready.
Hollis takes no share of what players pay you. Stripe's card fee (2.9% + $0.30 at their published rate) is passed on with no mark-up.
Bring your league with you. Upload a spreadsheet and your players come straight in. No retyping and no starting from scratch.
Your money, your data, your call.
Hollis never stores payment info.
Card details are entered and processed through Stripe’s infrastructure. Hollis is simply the facilitator, and the money goes straight to your own connected Stripe account. Hollis never holds it.
Nothing risky happens on an assistant’s word alone.
Refunds and other destructive actions wait for a person to approve them. Your AI assistant only sees what you ask it to, and each connection reaches only one organization.
Captains see their own team, nothing wider.
Remove someone and their access ends everywhere.
Their roles, captaincies and roster spots go with them, and so do any assistant connections they made to your organization.
Your data is yours.
Export it from the app as CSV, Excel, JSON or PDF. Or ask Claude, ChatGPT or Grok for it through MCP. Through the API, you can connect Hollis to any other system, including Google Sheets if you still want your data in a spreadsheet.
Real help from the people who built it.
We’re a small, dedicated team. Early adopters get personal, hands-on support from the same people who built Hollis. Write to us anytime at [email protected].
We've been the organizer up at midnight.
Hollis was started by two league organizers who spent years catching up on admin after everyone else had gone home: chasing payments, rebuilding schedules, and answering the same questions again and again. After hundreds of hours of that, we built the tool we wish we'd had ten years ago. We still run leagues with it today. If it gives you back even half the time it's given us, it's done its job.
The Hollis team
Get your weekends back.
You started running leagues to bring people together on the field, not to live in spreadsheets and inboxes. Hollis handles the logistics so you can get back to the part you love.
“Hollis gave me my nights and weekends back. I'm not buried in support tickets and league setup anymore. I'm out on the field with my players.”
