Stripe's processing fee, 2.9% + $0.30 per card payment at their published rate, applies on every plan and is passed on with no mark-up. Each program can add it to the checkout as its own line or absorb it. Cash or e-transfer you take yourself carries no card fee, since Stripe never touches it. ## Every plan includes The same product on every plan. We ask for a card the first time you open registration. From the 11th you’re on Starter, $19.99 a month, until you move plan or cancel. **What happens at the 11th registration?** Your organization moves to Starter, $19.99 a month, and we email your billing contact. A quiet month is still billed. **What counts as a registration?** Each person who takes a place in a program, however they paid. A team of nine is nine. A cancelled registration still counts in the month it was made, and someone on a waitlist counts when they are moved into a place. **What if I go past my plan’s number?** Each registration past it is $0.25, on the next monthly bill. On Starter, a month with 110 registrations is $19.99 + 10 × $0.25 = $22.49. We don’t move you up for one busy month, and you can move up yourself. **What about more than 1,000 registrations a month?** Premium is $89.99 a month, plus $0.25 for each registration past 1,000. Or talk to us at hello@hollisapp.com. **Can I pay yearly?** Yes, at 10 times the monthly price: Starter $199.90, Standard $599.90, Premium $899.90 a year. Registrations past your plan’s number are still billed monthly. **Can I change plan or cancel?** Yes, in Settings › Plan and billing. A bigger plan, or yearly instead of monthly, starts today, with the rest of the current period charged in proportion. A smaller plan, or monthly instead of yearly, starts at your next renewal. Picking a plan while you still have free registrations starts it today, and the free ones left are given up. A cancelled plan runs to the end of the period paid for, with no refund for the rest; after that, your next registration starts Starter again. **Does Hollis take a share of what players pay?** No. Hollis charges the plan and any registrations past it, and nothing else. What players pay goes to your own Stripe account, less Stripe’s card fee of 2.9% + $0.30 at their published rate. **Can I pass the card fee on to players?** Yes. Each program can add Stripe's fee to the checkout as its own line, so you receive the full price, or absorb it. It is passed on with no mark-up. Hollis's own price never appears on a player's checkout. **Do I lose the fees when I refund someone?** Stripe does not return its fee on a refund, so someone covers it. A setting in your payment settings decides who. With it on, the player gets the price less Stripe's fee, and the checkout page says so before they pay. With it off, the player gets everything back and you cover the fee. The choice is frozen onto each payment, so changing it later never changes a refund already promised. **Does Premium have more features than Starter?** No. Every plan is the same product. Plans differ only in how many registrations a month they cover. **Does the assistant cost extra?** No. Connect Claude or ChatGPT from your own account and use it on any plan. Hollis sends nothing to them on its own; your assistant only sees what you ask it to. **I am the only admin. Who approves my refund?** You do. Approving your own request starts a 24-hour wait that anyone in your organization can cancel. A second admin can approve it at once. **Do you text players?** Not yet. Players get email, with one-tap answers that work on any phone. **Is there a contract or a setup fee?** Neither, on any plan. **Does Hollis run youth leagues?** Adult recreational leagues.
